Face \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'\u00e9changer des biens et des produits, le Qhapaq \u00d1an a commenc\u00e9 comme une route de bergers qui reliait les diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s indig\u00e8nes de chaque r\u00e9gion.\n\nAvec l'apparition de Cusco comme nouveau centre administratif et politique des communaut\u00e9s, l'Empire Inca a commenc\u00e9 un processus d'expansion de son pouvoir et de son territoire bas\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9change de provisions qui se faisait par cette route.<\/p>\n

Celle-ci \u00e9tait autrefois utilis\u00e9e par les Incas pour l'expansion territoriale, en maintenant une certaine autonomie de chaque communaut\u00e9 qu'ils conqu\u00e9raient ; ainsi, ceux qui \u00e9taient les chefs s'appelaient Carangas, et ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9sormais les chefs de chaque communaut\u00e9. Ils \u00e9taient charg\u00e9s de payer des imp\u00f4ts pour avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la route et \u00e9tait d\u00e9tenteurs de certains privil\u00e8ges.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les Incas ont choisi leurs meilleurs architectes de Cusco pour \u00e9tendre cette route des bergers, reconnaissant le terrain et obtenant les meilleurs mat\u00e9riaux, permettant ainsi l'origine du Qhapaq \u00d1an.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
