Avant la proposition d'inscription sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial, les \u00c9tats parties ont sign\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9clarations internationales conjointes qui soulignaient leur accord pour prot\u00e9ger certaines sections du Qhapaq \u00d1an, Sistema Vial Andino. La protection \u00e9tablie, suite \u00e0 ces accords, r\u00e9pond aux crit\u00e8res internationaux, \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation nationale respective sur le patrimoine et assure le plus haut niveau de protection pour tous les composants du bien.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans ces cas, la proposition d'inscription doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e conjointement par les pays concern\u00e9s, en \u00e9tablissant des m\u00e9canismes de gestion communs.<\/span><\/p>\n
